Apostle Carlos Sims

Founder/Senior Pastor

Apostle Carlos Sims is pastor and founder of Continual Outpouring International Ministries, Inc. He is formerly the Pastor of Manifestation Wisdom Center, Inc. Although he wasn't ordained as a pastor under Manifestations Worldwide until May 2006, he has been active in the ministry of God's Word for over 18 years. He desires to utilize his God given ability to "rightly divide the word of truth" (2 Tim. 2:15) in such a simplified manner that even a young child can understand and apply it to his/her life.

Apostle Sims has held several ministerial positions from Minister of Music for the NC Jurisdiction of Church of the Living God International, to former pastor of Ambassadors for Christ CLGI in Jacksonville, NC. Apostle Sims served as the praise and worship leader for The Center for Manifestation until being released, by Apostle Mark T. Jones, to pastor Manifestation Wisdom Center Church in St. Petersburg, Florida on September 11, 2006. His first Sunday service was held on September 17, 2006.

Known primarily for his ability to preach and teach the gospel as well as lead the people of God into the presence of God through worship, Apostle Sims is determined to usher the presence of God into the community that God has assigned him to. Addicted to worship, praise, and God's revelation, Apostle Sims is always anticipating the next prophetic move of God.

As a man of great vision, he consistently trains, mentors, develops and pours into others the vision God has given him. He teaches with strong conviction the necessity of the full operation of the five-fold ministry along with all of the nine spiritual gifts and the fruit of God's spirit for the full manifestation of all of God's promises to His people.

He places a lot of emphasis on the importance of us as believers living a life that attracts
sinners to the many benefits of walking with God. Apostle Sims mentors men and boys through Continual Outpouring International Ministries. He teaches them the importance of being men of valor, providers, Godly husbands and fathers. His gentle, loving approach to most common
issues is unusually effective and sets the ideal example of what the love of God is.

Apostle Sims is also a firm believer in further education on all levels. He obtained an A. A. in
Biblical Studies at the Tampa Bay Bible College in 2003, an A. A. in General Education at St. Pete College in 2007 and has started earning his B. A. in Religion at St. Pete College. He is happily married to Prophetess Lynne Sims (a.k.a. The Only Lady!), and is the proud father of three children.

As a husband and father, Apostle Sims invests a tremendous amount of time, energy and effort into strengthening families through Marriage, Family, and Relationship counseling. He is the Author of the marriage enrichment workbook, “The Husband’s Handbook” and the Producer, Singer, Co-Songwriter on the Love Songs for Married Couples CD entitled “This Sexy Love Experience!” He and his wife, Prophetess Lynne Sims are known nationwide as the “Marriage Mechanics” and they nurture marriages by conducting Marriage Fortifying Workshops, Seminars, Conferences, Pre and Post-Marital Counseling Sessions, Boot Camps and Couple’s Date Nights on a monthly basis.

Prophetess Lynne Sims

Co-Founder/ Director of Ministry Affairs

Prophetess Lynne Sims is passionate about the things of God. She has a degree in Christian Education and several ministry training certifications. Active in ministry for over 17 years, Prophetess Sims has developed a sense of awareness for the needs of the community and the body of Christ as a whole. In an effort to ensure that the people of God experience true abundant life in all areas, She boldly and aggressively addresses issues that most ministers dance around or avoid all together.

A true prophetic voice, known primarily for her extremely raw preaching style, Prophetess Sims has a reputation for getting the job done when it comes to telling God's people exactly what God said! She is very focused on ensuring that she hears from God. Preaching and teaching since 1999 and ordained as a Prophetess on May 20, 2007, she is also an accomplished Life/Destiny Coach, Business Mogul, Motivational Speaker, Playwright and Poet. Prophetess Sims is the Founder of the Help Meet Mentorship Ministry and Luscious Lady Enterprises. Her ministry passions are stable marriages, drama & liturgical dance, mentoring women, prison ministry and training/equipping ministry leaders and Armor Bearers!

Prior to salvation and serving in ministry, Prophetess Lynne was heavily bound by sin. God delivered her from prostitution, violence with deadly weapons, theft, sexual perversion, alcoholism, manipulation, pride and arrogance, compulsive gambling, pornography, and suicidal thoughts. With no true since of her own value to God, she abused and misused people and her own self. This destructive behavior caused her to have several miscarriages and ultimately led to her incarceration. Prophetess Sims says this is why she is so driven to do prison ministry and reach out to the individuals housed in the local rehabilitation centers.

Her past of being a victim of physical, verbal, child, and spousal abuse coupled with repeat sexual molestation fuels her dedication to counseling, showing unconditional love, bringing healing and creating a since of Godly, self-worth in the lives of those who have suffered the same traumatic experiences. Prophetess Sims labors with Pastor Sims to meet the tangible needs of the homeless through Evangelistic outreach because they both know what it's like to be homeless! Her testimony of being healed by God from breast cancer, alcoholism and other diseases that man at one time said there was no cure for along with undefined sexual disorders compels her to minister in hospitals, mental institutions and nursing homes as opportunities arise. However, establishing and maintaining healthy marriages and strong families is almost always at the forefront of Prophetess Sims' teachings and messages.

As a proud mother, grandmother, and wife (The Only Lady) to Apostle Carlos Sims, she provides the love and support needed to help him do all that God has assigned him to do. As God’s Prophet, she travels the country preaching, teaching, training and effectively equipping prophets to walk worthy of the vocation wherewith they are called. She is the Founder of P.R.E.S.S. Prophetic Ministries (A Developmental School and Breeding Ground for Companies of Divinely Inspired, God Ordained Prophets Worldwide). Prophetess Sims travels across the nation mentoring and training ministry leaders and Armor Bearers to operate in excellence.

She works side by side with her husband and she invests a tremendous amount of time, energy and effort into strengthening families through Marriage, Family, and Relationship counseling. Prophetess Sims intercedes in prayer on behalf of the people and God has a released an Intercessory Prayer CD through her entitled “The Saturated Atmosphere” in 2014. She is the Author of the marriage enrichment book, “The Wife’s Handbook” and the Poet/Co-Songwriter on the Love Songs for Married Couples CD entitled “This Sexy Love Experience!” She and her husband, are known nationwide as the “Marriage Mechanics” and they nurture marriages by conducting Marriage Fortifying Workshops, Seminars, Conferences, Pre and Post-Marital Counseling Sessions, Marriage Boot Camps and Couple’s Date Nights on a monthly basis.
